Disable Accidental Touch Protection on Samsung devices

Samsung's accidental touch protection feature keeps the device's screen inactive when the device is in a dark space, which is meant to prevent accidental screen touches.

Samsung devices on the Kobiton platform should disable accidental touch protection to avoid potential device connection issues. To disable:

  1. Go to the device's Settings > Display
  2. Toggle Accidental touch protection off
